The extrusion line is a new type of equipment developed by our company, primarily consisting of a small-scale extruder. The extruder is a mechanical device aimed at forming extruded films for rubber and plastic materials, mainly used in the areas of extruded film product formation, development of extrusion material formulations, and research on the properties of extrusion materials, such as transporting materials to the extruder to produce extruded film products.
Its advantages lie in its lightweight and practical nature. During operation, the rotation speeds of the calendering roller and the pulling roller can be controlled by a variable-frequency motor, allowing the conveying speed of the material to be adjustable, thus producing various sheet material products that meet customer requirements.
To cater to the varying experimental needs of different customers, we have developed a two-layer or three-layer co-extrusion cast film testing machine. This equipment is a mechanical device designed for the shaping of rubber and plastic materials into cast film products, primarily used in the fields of cast film product shaping, development of cast film material formulations, and research on the properties of cast film materials, such as transporting materials to the casting machine to produce cast film products. The conventional structures are categorized as AB, ABA, ABC, and ABCBA.

Heating Zone: Room temperature to 300 degrees, with a three-zone aluminum die-casting screw heater and a three-zone mold head heater.
Cooling Zone: 3 sets of multi-blade fans for cooling, water-cooled in the feeding area of zone 1
Electrical Control System: PLC programmable touch mode with a human-machine interface operating system, featuring dynamic display and monitoring capabilities including temperature control, speed, drive, pressure, and flow. Seamless switching between control, automatic, and manual control functions, with interlock and联动 control features.
