The cast film line is a new type of equipment developed by our company, primarily consisting of a small-scale cast film machine. The cast film machine is a mechanical equipment designed for the molding of rubber and plastic materials into cast film products, mainly used in areas such as the molding of cast film products, development of cast film material formulations, and research on the properties of cast film materials, including the transportation of materials to the cast film machine for producing cast film products.

Its advantages lie in its lightness and practicality. During operation, the rotational speed of the calender roller and the pull roller can be controlled by a variable-frequency motor, allowing the conveying speed of the material to be adjustable for producing various sheet material products that meet customer requirements.

To cater to the varying experimental needs of different customers, we have developed a two-layer and three-layer co-extrusion cast film testing machine. This equipment is a mechanical device designed for the molding of rubber, plastic, and plastic materials into cast film products, primarily used in fields such as the molding of cast film products, development of cast film material formulations, and research on the properties of cast film materials. This includes tasks like transporting materials to the casting machine to produce cast film products. The conventional structures are: AB, ABA, ABC, ABCBA.
