Electric Gate ValveBrief Introduction:
A gate valve is a type of valve widely used in pipelines, primarily for the purpose of connecting and disconnecting media. It is not suitable for regulating the flow rate of the medium, but the flow size can be judged based on the height of the valve stem's rise and fall.(Fire-resistant elastic seat shut-off valves are equipped with opening and closing scales.)Gates have a wider range of applications compared to other valves, as they are suitable for a broader spectrum of pressure, temperature, and diameter requirements.
Check valves can be classified according to their internal structure into: wedge-type single plate, elastic plate, double plate, and parallel plate.
According to the different types of valve rod brackets, they can be further divided into: handwheel gate valves and handwheelless gate valves.

The main performance advantages of gate valves include:
1Valves have low fluid resistance due to the straight-through design of the gate valve body, which does not alter the direction of medium flow, making the flow resistance smaller compared to other valves.
2The sealing performance is superior to that of a stop valve, and the operation is also more labor-saving.
3Broadly applicable, it is used not only for steam, oil, and other media but also for those containing granular solids and high-viscosity media. It is also suitable for use as vent valves and valves in low-vacuum systems.
4Check valves are valves with dual flow directions, not restricted by medium flow direction, thus suitable for pipelines where the medium's flow direction may change, and also easy to install.
