Stainless Steel Electric Ball Valve, featuring an elastic seal ring mechanism design. At lower medium pressure, the contact area between the seal ring and ball is smaller, forming a higher density pressure at the contact point between the seal ring and ball for reliable sealing. As the medium pressure increases, with the elastic deformation of the seal ring, the contact area between the seal ring and ball expands, allowing the seal ring to withstand greater medium thrust without damage.
The valve stem features a blow-out-resistant structural design, ensuring it won't be ejected by the medium even in extreme conditions like abnormal pressure increase in the valve chamber or failure of the packing plate. The valve stem is equipped with a downward-mounted design utilizing a sealing element. The sealing force of the inverted seal increases with the rise in medium pressure, thus guaranteeing reliable sealing of the valve stem under various pressure conditions.
