Box Panel: The outer layer is high-strength colored steel plate, while the inner layer is lightweight thermal insulation materials such as polyfoam plastic or polyurethane. Merged through an automatic lamination machine using high-adhesive glue, it boasts excellent properties including light weight, high mechanical strength, thermal and sound insulation, corrosion resistance, vapor permeability resistance, and climate resistance.
Frame: Specialized mechanical cold bending profile, high strength, no cold bridge. Equipped with a steel component base, surface treated for corrosion resistance.
Fan: Equipped with a brand dual-inlet centrifugal fan, which boasts excellent aerodynamic characteristics, accurate operating points, wide operating range, low vibration, low noise, and long service life. The fan bearing is designed for a service life of over 100,000 hours.
Vibration Dampening Device: To eliminate the vibration impact caused by the fan unit on the assembly, a vibration dampening device has been installed between the base and the fan frame for isolation, effectively reducing the assembly's vibration. The vibration dampening efficiency reaches 85%.
Surface-type cooler (surface cooler): Utilizes copper tube with corrugated fins, formed by specialized equipment and mechanically expanded, making it easy to keep clean and clear, effectively preventing the growth of bacteria; each coil is meticulously cleaned to ensure the surface cleanliness of the heat exchanger, thereby guaranteeing the heat exchange efficiency.
Heater: Copper tube-aluminum plate design (same as air cooler) when the heat medium is hot water, seamless steel pipe wrapped around aluminum plates or steel-aluminum composite pipe when the heat medium is steam. Reasonable structure, heat, safe and reliable in use.
Waterstop Material: Available in three types—galvanized steel plate, stainless steel, and glass fiber reinforced plastic—for customer selection. This allows for controlling the water flow rate of the cooling coil at 3*10-4 kg/h*m2, which is particularly important for high-temperature areas and applications with large新风 volumes.

A modular air handling unit combines various air treatment equipment (surface cooling, heating, humidifying, filtering, energy recovery, sound absorption, etc.) with fans, valves, and other components into a single integrated air conditioning unit. It can be freely combined according to the specific requirements of the air conditioning system, achieving centralized air treatment for a particular floor or area. The characteristics of the modular air handling unit are that it uses functional sections as the units for combination. The high-pressure, high-temperature gaseous refrigerant passes through the condenser, where its temperature is higher than the outdoor temperature.
