Mini Space Heater
To ensure uniform temperature distribution in the workshop, maintain a certain cross-sectional velocity. When selecting a heating fan, calculate the air circulation rate within the workshop, which should generally not be less than 1.5 times per hour.
(2) When arranging the radiant heaters, ensure the air jets from each heater overlap to create a unified air circulation within the heated space.
(3) Do not install the heater fan on the outer wall to blow vertically into the room.
(4) The installation height at the bottom of the heater should meet the following requirements:
When the outlet wind speed v0 ≤ 5 m/s, use 2.5~3.5 m; when the outlet wind speed v0 > 5 m/s, use 4~5.5 m.
(5) The throw distance X of the warm air blower can be estimated by the following formula:
X=11.3v0D
Equation: X—the throw distance of the warm air blower, m;
V0 — Exhaust air velocity of the heater, m/s.
D—Equivalent diameter of the warm air blower outlet, m.
(6) The air supply temperature should not be below 35°C and should not exceed 55°C.

Dexur Sun Air Conditioning specializes in the production of reliable and durable heating fans.
When using large warm air blowers for heating, due to the high exhaust speed and air volume, they should be arranged along the length of the workshop. The distance from the exhaust outlet to the side wall should not be less than 4 meters. The air flow range should not be shorter than the length of the heating area in the workshop. There should be no structures or tall equipment within the range. The height of the exhaust outlet from the ground should meet the following requirements [1]:
When the under弦 of the factory building is ≤8m, it is advisable to choose 3.5~6m.
When the under chord of the factory building is greater than 8m, it is advisable to take 5~7m.
Large heating fans should not be installed near the workshop entrance, and the bottom of the air intake should not be higher than 1 meter from the ground nor lower than 0.3 meter.
