This machine is suitable for the lifespan aging test of push-button switches, computer keyboards, conductive rubber keys, metal leaf spring keys, or similar types of keys, and utilizes a programmer to control the entire process of the key lifespan test.
Simultaneously applicable for fatigue testing of silicone rubber keypad; features adjustable speed, customizable number of cycles, and the ability to test multiple products simultaneously (each product can be tested at multiple points), retains data after reaching the specified number of cycles or after power failure.
Each button can be set for different pressures and heights. Equipped with PLC touch screen control, it clearly displays the number of strikes and the force of the strikes. Each striking head is controlled separately, making the design more user-friendly, and able to meet the diverse testing requirements of customers!
