Develop electrical and water installation plans: Based on the designer's scheme, the electrical and water engineer creates installation plans, determining the layout and installation locations of the piping.
2. Pipeline Layout: Based on the electrical and plumbing construction drawings, workers mark the positions and lengths of water and electrical pipelines on walls and floors, determining each pipe's length, bend angle, and connection method.
3. Install embedded pipes: Workers install the embedded pipes into walls and floors according to the plumbing and electrical drawings.
4. Installation of Water and Electrical Equipment: After the piping is completed, the construction crew begins installing water and electrical equipment and appliances.
5. Pipeline Connection: After the installation of the pipeline and equipment is completed, the construction crew begins the pipeline connection work.
6. Conduct water and electricity tests: After the installation and connection of water and electricity pipes are completed, the construction team performs water and electricity tests, including water pipe pressure tests, water meter tests, and wire tests.
7. Tidy up water and electrical piping: After testing, the construction crew will organize the water and electrical piping.
8. Defect Rectification: During the construction process, if there are issues such as water and electrical pipeline installations not meeting requirements or existing defects, the construction personnel must promptly carry out repairs.
9. Final Acceptance Inspection: After the completion of water and electricity construction, conduct a final acceptance inspection to check if the quality and safety of the water and electricity project meet the requirements. Any discrepancies should be addressed promptly.
