1. Develop Electrical and Water Installation Drawings: Based on the designer's plan, the electrical engineer creates the electrical and water installation drawings, determining the layout and installation locations of the piping.
2. Pipeline Layout: Workers mark the positions and lengths of water and electricity pipelines on walls and floors according to the construction drawings, determining the length of each pipe, bend angle, and connection method.
3. Install embedded pipes: Construction workers will install the embedded pipes onto the walls and ground according to the plumbing and electrical plans.
4. Installation of Water and Electrical Equipment: After the pipeline installation is completed, the construction crew begins to install water and electrical equipment and appliances.
5. Pipeline Connection: After the installation of the pipeline and equipment is completed, the construction crew begins the pipeline connection work.
6. Conduct electrical and water tests: After the installation and connection of water and electrical pipelines, the construction crew performs electrical and water tests, including pipe pressure tests, water meter tests, wire tests, etc.
7. Organize plumbing and electrical conduits: After testing, the construction crew arranges the plumbing and electrical conduits.
8. Defect Repair: During the construction process, if there are issues such as plumbing or electrical pipeline installations not meeting the requirements or defects, the construction personnel must promptly carry out repairs.
9. Completion and Acceptance Inspection: After the completion of water and electricity installation, conduct a completion and acceptance inspection to verify if the quality and safety of the water and electricity project meet the requirements. Any non-compliant areas should be rectified promptly.
