1. Develop Electrical and Waterworks Construction Drawings: Based on the designer's plan, the electrical and waterworks engineer drafts construction drawings for electrical and waterworks systems, determining the pipeline layout and installation locations.
2. Pipeline Layout: Construction personnel mark the positions and lengths of water and electricity pipelines on walls and floors according to the construction drawings, determining the length of each pipe, bend angles, and connection methods.
3. Install embedded pipes: Construction workers install the pre-buried pipes according to the electrical and water plans, placing them in walls and on the ground.
4. Installation of Electrical and Water Supply Equipment: After the piping is completed, the construction crew begins the installation of electrical and water supply equipment and appliances.
5. Pipeline Connection: After the installation of pipelines and equipment is completed, construction workers begin the pipeline connection work.
6. Conduct electrical and water tests: After the installation and connection of water and electricity pipelines, the construction crew performs electrical and water tests, including water pipe pressure tests, water meter tests, and wire tests, etc.
7. Tidy up plumbing and electrical systems: After testing, the construction crew will organize the plumbing and electrical pipes.
8. Defect Repair: During the construction process, if there are issues such as water and electricity pipeline installation not meeting requirements or existing defects, the construction personnel must promptly carry out repairs.
9. Final Inspection and Acceptance: After the completion of water and electricity installation, conduct a final inspection to ensure the quality and safety of the project meet the requirements. Any non-compliant areas must be rectified promptly.
