Construction Phase: Construction must be organized according to the requirements of the construction organization design, construction plan, construction drawings, and technical documents. It should follow the established construction sequence, gradually forming a full process of construction activities from the peak installation phase to the completion of interlock debugging and no-load trial operation.

Completion and Acceptance Phase: After the entire project is completed, the responsible parties conduct internal pre-acceptance. The construction unit organizes the design, supervision, and relevant construction parties for the handover acceptance. After inspection and approval, the handover acceptance procedures and related matters are handled.
