Conductor: Multi-strand bare copper wire braided (tin-plated or silver-plated copper wire options available), conforms to GB/T3956-2008 and IEC 60228:2004, Category 5.
Insulation: Cross-linked Polyethylene (XLPE)
Core wires: Core wires are twisted into cables, with core colors conforming to the preferred color spectrum in GB/T 5023.1 and JB/T 8734.1, using colored or coded cores. Cables with more than 3 cores include optional yellow-green dual-color wires.
Lining: Utilizes non-absorbent materials, either extruded or wrapped; the extruded lining should not adhere to the insulated wire core, while the wrapped lining can be double or multi-layered overlapping wrap.
Shielding: Copper wire braided shielding / tin-plated copper wire braided shielding meets the requirements of TICW/03-2009
Sheath: Flame-retardant PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride)
Protective sleeve colors: Black, custom colors available upon customer's request.
