Conveyor equipment refers to material handling machinery that continuously transports materials on a certain route, also known as an assembly line. The conveyor assembly line can perform horizontal, inclined, and vertical conveying, and can also form spatial conveying lines, which are generally fixed. The conveyor has a large conveying capacity, long transportation distance, and can also complete several process operations simultaneously during the conveying process, so it is widely used.
Plate chain assembly line: using chain plates to drag and pull workpieces for planar conveying motion to achieve production process objectives. The assembly line adopts a combination assembly mode, and the number of workstations can be set according to the process requirements. The workstation is equipped with power sockets, toolboxes, material boxes, etc., making the entire process efficient and orderly.
Plug in assembly line: Using a chain to drag the tooling trolley and run it in a horizontal loop for workpiece assembly.
Differential chain assembly line: using specially made aluminum alloy profiles as guide rails, and using speed increasing chains to drag tooling plates as conveying media. The assembly line adopts a combination assembly mode, and the number of workstations can be set according to the process requirements. The workstation is equipped with foot switches, power sockets, workstation blockers, process drawing boards, lighting, etc. The line is also equipped with lifting translation machines, lifting rotating tables, etc., to achieve automated operation of the entire process.
