For high current indoor enclosed busbars, ventilation louvers are installed on both sides and the lower part of the fume hood to enhance heat dissipation and reduce temperature rise. 1) Insulation resistance: The insulation resistance of each part of the enclosed busbar unit should be greater than or equal to 100m Ω with a 2500V megohmmeter.
2) Dielectric strength: Each part of the enclosed busbar must undergo a 1-minute power frequency dry voltage test before leaving the factory. The power frequency withstand voltage and lightning impulse withstand voltage both comply with the specifications.
3) Grounding system: Complies with the grounding system requirements of IEC 364-5-54.
4) Protection level: Indoor type: IP40; Outdoor type: IP43, IP55.
5) Load function: Under rated current, the temperature rise of the casing meets the requirement of GB763-90 "High voltage communication equipment will generate heat during long-term operation".
