The Dry Powder Roller Compaction Granulator is a practical new type of dry granulation equipment developed by our company by absorbing foreign powder granulation technology. The machine is well-designed, compact in structure, with a simple process and easy operation. The powder raw materials processed through this equipment can be directly granulated without any additives.0.5-5mmUniform particle size, significantly increasing the bulk density of materials, thereby reducing consumption, controlling environmental pollution, simultaneously lowering packaging costs, and improving the working environment for workers.
Powder material is added quantitatively and uniformly to the main feed hopper of the roller, maintaining a constant material level within the hopper. Then, the longitudinal conical spiral inside the main feed hopper pre-compresses and transports the powder to the grooves of the two roller arcs, where it is instantaneously forced into compression. After compression, the pressure on the material gradually reduces, allowing it to drop out under the force of elasticity and gravity, into the crushing and granulation system. The material is then screened and graded according to the user's particle size requirements to produce a uniform granular product that meets quality standards. The powder that falls through the sieve is returned to the hopper for recycling. (During the briquetting process, granular material is compacted between two counter-rotating rollers, and a binder can be used for briquettes.)
Suitable for granulation of dry powders such as sodium dichloroisocyanurate, trichloroisocyanurate, zinc oxide, lead oxide, cyanuric acid, potassium nitrate, potassium sulfate, bleaching powder, potassium carbonate, strontium carbonate, sodium hexametaphosphate, pyrethroid, calcium dihydrogen phosphate, as well as food, fertilizers, feed, plastic additives, chemical drugs, synthetic detergents, and various other dry powder products.
