Product Introduction
The twin-screw extrusion granulating unit transports solid melt polymer and extrudes it through a process of shearing and mixing at a certain temperature. This includes the phase changes, mixing forms, and structural changes of the polymer and materials during the extrusion process, as well as the relationship between the mixture and its properties.
Working Principle
The material passes through the feeding port and, under the action of the rotating screw, is rolled into a ball and advances along the screw grooves. Due to the shearing, compressing, and mixing action of the screw, the material undergoes further blending and plasticization. The temperature and pressure gradually increase, presenting a viscoelastic state, and then passes through the die at a certain pressure and temperature, finally forming the desired shape of the product.

Our products come with a one-year free warranty from the date of acceptance, excluding any damage caused by misuse. During the one-year warranty period, if the buyer encounters issues with product operation due to quality problems and it's not due to human damage, the supplier will provide remote guidance or video operation instructions within 24 hours upon notification. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely or via video, both parties will agree on a repair schedule, and the supplier will arrange for a technician to perform free on-site repairs.
