Mold temperature controllers, also known as mold temperature control machines, are increasingly prevalent in the mechanical industry as it continues to grow. No longer limited to the initial application in injection mold temperature control, they are now widely used across various industries such as plastic molding, light guide plate die casting, rubber tires, roller manufacturing, chemical reaction vessels, bonding, and compounding. There are currently two types of mold temperature controllers: water temperature machines and oil temperature machines.

Safety Instructions for Molding Temperature Control Machine:
1. Main power switch with safety design for emergency power cutoff during abnormal conditions.
2. Equipped with phase sequence protection, power short circuit protection, level protection, electronic time delay, etc.
3. When the machine automatically detects an anomaly, the status indicator light illuminates to display the abnormal condition and trigger an alarm.

How to use the mold temperature control machine: Connect the power cord, ensuring it is grounded, then turn on the power switch to start the pump. For oil-type mold temperature control machines, it takes 5 minutes to warm up. To maintain a certain pressure between the temperature control system and the mold, heating only occurs to prevent damage to the heating tube. For water-type mold temperature control machines, check if the water supply pressure from the user's factory is greater than 1.5KG when turning on. If the pressure is low, the water temperature machine will not start, thereby protecting the mold temperature control machine.
