When selecting an oil temperature machine manufacturer, be sure to check if their products have the following safety protection features:
1. The system cannot initiate heating under no-pressure conditions, which prevents the heating tube from overheating.
2. Air-activated disengagement function: When the over-temperature thermostat detects the system temperature exceeding the equipment's designed temperature, it will disconnect the main power switch of the device, ensuring the equipment will not ignite due to high temperatures and cause a fire safety incident.
3. Check if the accessories used in the equipment are genuine and meet the equipment's requirements. Avoid using substandard parts, as this may reduce the equipment's lifespan and even lead to safety accidents.

1. The new oil temperature machine requires different maintenance measures based on the heat transfer medium used. If the medium is water, maintain the cleanliness of the water source to prevent scaling and avoid pipeline blockages. If the medium is oil, regular replacement is necessary according to the operating temperature; for temperatures above 200°C, it's recommended to change it every one to two months, while for temperatures below 200°C, a replacement every quarter should suffice, which helps prevent inadequate temperature rise.
2. New oil temperature machine: Please check if the cooling water is circulating before use to prevent damage to the machine due to insufficient cooling water. We should maintain a clean working environment for the oil temperature machine, avoiding dust, which can greatly extend the lifespan of its electrical components.
3. In terms of pipeline, we need to determine if there's a blockage based on the relationship between the pump and pressure. If the pressure is too low, we can remove the heating tube and clean it with tools, especially the filter mesh of the system, which should be cleaned once a month.
4. In electrical components, we can replace them as needed based on their lifespan, and conduct regular tests to ensure safety.
5. Regularly inspect the oil temperature, pump, and oil pump for oil leakage. If necessary, the pump shaft seal can also be replaced on a regular basis.
