The principle of the thermal oil furnace:
1. Fueled by coal, heavy oil, light oil, combustible gases, and other combustible materials, with thermal oil as the heat carrier.
2. Utilize a recirculating oil pump to force liquid-phase circulation, transferring thermal energy to the heating equipment and then returning it to the special industrial furnace for reheating in a direct current (DC) mode.
3. Thermal oil, also known as organic heat carrier or heat transfer medium oil, has been used as an intermediate heat transfer medium in industrial heat exchange processes for over fifty years.

The oil heating furnace control system is a closed-loop negative feedback system, where the oil temperature signal detected by the thermocouple is transmitted to the PID stable control instrument, which drives a non-contact controller. It controls the output power of the heater by adjusting the duty cycle within a fixed period.
