The working principle of the thermal oil heating furnace is a new type of environmentally friendly heat conversion equipment. It utilizes electricity as its energy source, converting electrical energy into heat through electrical heating elements; it forces the thermal oil to circulate within the system using a high-temperature oil pump, continuously heating it in a cyclic manner to meet the continuous heat requirements of the heat-consuming equipment; and it can also meet the process temperature requirements and high-precision temperature control during the production process.

The electric heating thermal oil system is composed of an explosion-proof electric heater, an organic heat carrier boiler, a heat exchanger (if applicable), an on-site explosion-proof operation box, thermal oil pump, expansion tank, and so on, forming a skid. The user simply needs to connect the power supply, the inlet and outlet pipes of the medium, and some electrical interfaces to start using it.
