The mold temperature controller uses thermal oil for heating. Before use, it is essential to drain the accumulated water from the heating equipment and pipes. Cleaning the pipe water is difficult, and if possible, use a hairdryer. The debugging is challenging until the water is completely removed. After confirming the equipment is drained, inject the thermal oil. When doing so, do not fill the oil tank all at once. After adding the oil to a certain level, turn on the equipment's circulating oil pump. As the oil is injected, air is expelled. When the circulating oil pump is running, pay attention to the pressure gauge. A stable pressure within the allowable range indicates that the air in the equipment and pipes has been mostly expelled.

The mold temperature control machines are available in two types of heating or cooling methods: oil separation and water circulation. They are used in rubber and plastic equipment for extrusion and injection molding. Our mold temperature control machines are suitable for PC, PP, lens injection molding, carbon fiber hot pressing molds, PVC extrusion dies, and artificial board hydraulic presses.

Under stable system pressure, heating is permissible; however, the temperature must not rise too quickly during the process. Monitor the pressure to ensure stability; do not increase the temperature if it is unstable. Once the pressure stabilizes at the equipment's set value, the heating process is successful, and the mold temperature controller is properly adjusted.

Mold temperature controllers play a crucial role in the application process, focusing on both hot and cold molds. For instance, pre-heating the mold before injection molding to reach a certain temperature ensures that the material does not solidify easily during the filling of the mold cavity, preventing issues like分层 (layering), incomplete molding, and blocked channels. These problems are often related to inadequate temperature control, highlighting the significance of proper mold temperature management.
