Typically, an electric conductive oil heating furnace is a complete system that includes the main unit (heating element, high-temperature oil pump, and filter), a high-level oil tank, a control cabinet, and piping, which are assembled together with the heat-using equipment to form a heating system with a forced liquid-phase circulation.

Explosion-proof electric heating oil furnace features:

2. Pipeline explosion-proof devices
3. Blowback oil recovery feature (optional)
4. Return Oil Temperature Indicator Gauge
5. Heating power switch function;
6. Vacuum System Operation (Optional)
7. Instant Cooling Start-up Feature (optional)
8. Isolation electrical control box, extends the service life of electrical appliances.
9. RS485 communication function for automated management (optional);
10. Hot oil bypass pressure relief return
11. Customizable multi-point temperature control units available.
12. Horsepower and heating power of oil pumps are customizable.
13. Electrical equipment uses OMRON, FUJI, TE, LG, MOELLER, ABB, WEST.
14. 304 stainless steel seamless pipe, reducing pipe resistance and rust deposits.
15. Control Method: Imported microcomputer control or (optional) PLC control.
16. Comprehensive safety features, fault display, no personnel required for maintenance and repair.

Based on the process characteristics of the electric heating oil furnace, a high-precision digital display programmable temperature controller is selected to automatically initiate optimal process program parameters for PID temperature regulation. The oil heating furnace control system is a closed-loop negative feedback system. The oil temperature signal detected by thermocouples is transmitted to the PID stable control instrument, which drives a contactless controller to maintain a constant duty cycle output within a fixed period, thereby controlling the output power of the heater.
Features include:
Over-temperature alarm, and automatically cuts off the heating power supply.
2. Alarm for broken couple and automatic cutoff of heating power supply.
3. Over-pressure alarm and automatic shutdown of the heating power supply

An electrically heated thermal oil furnace is a new type, safe, and energy-saving industrial furnace that operates at low pressure (either under atmospheric pressure or at lower pressure) and provides high-temperature thermal energy. It uses thermal oil as the heat carrier, circulated by a thermal oil pump, to transfer heat to the heat-using equipment.
