The oil circulation temperature control unit integrates the heating tube, oil pump, temperature control elements, program board, pipeline system, and oil tank into one. The oil pump, heating tube, and user equipment end are all part of the same pipeline system. The heat transfer oil is continuously forced to circulate by the oil pump, absorbing heat from the heating tube, which gradually raises the oil temperature. The rise in oil temperature directly causes the temperature at the user equipment end to increase. In this way, the program board monitors the oil temperature through the temperature control system and stops the heating request of the heating tube only when the oil temperature reaches the set temperature value. This is the operational process of the oil circulation temperature control unit.

Mold temperature controller maintenance:
1. We have purchased a new mold temperature control machine. Please check if the cooling water is flowing before use to prevent damage to the machine due to insufficient cooling water. We must maintain a clean working environment for the mold temperature control machine to avoid dust, which can significantly extend the lifespan of the electrical components.
2. New mold temperature control units require different maintenance measures based on the heat-conducting medium used. For water mediums, we must maintain clean water sources to prevent scaling and avoid pipeline blockages. For oil mediums, we should replace them regularly based on the operating temperature; for temperatures above 200°C, we should replace them every one to two months, while for temperatures below 200°C, we can replace them approximately every quarter, effectively avoiding issues with insufficient temperature increase.
3. In terms of piping, we need to determine if there's a blockage based on the relationship between the pump and pressure. If the pressure is too low, we can remove the heating tube and clean it with tools, particularly the filter screen of the system, which should be cleaned once a month.
4. Regularly inspect the mold temperature control pump and oil pump for oil leakage. If necessary, the pump shaft seal can also be replaced on a regular basis.
5. In electrical components, we can replace them as per their lifespan, and regularly test them to ensure safety.

High-temperature water circulating mold temperature machines, as the temperature typically exceeds 160°C, utilize high-pressure steam in the internal main pipeline. Consequently, the pressure within the internal pipeline is significant. Direct cooling would necessitate an external water pressure greater than the pressure in the main pipeline to enter it for cooling. This method poses potential dangers. Therefore, high-temperature water mold temperature machines often employ indirect cooling methods.

Temperature Control Machine Advantages: Due to the physical properties of plastics having no thermal shrinkage or contraction, products often exhibit defects such as shrinkage, bubbles, cracks, deformation, crazing, poor brightness, roughness, and blemishes during the molding process. The primary cause of these defects is that the mold temperature is not appropriate before the product is molded, or the mold temperature during molding does not reach the required temperature for product shaping.
