Floating Oil Seal Overview:
Floating oil seals consist of two identical metal steel rings and two rubber rings. Their working principle involves a pair of metal rings, supported by the rubber rings, forming a sealed space within the housing (without contacting the shaft). During operation, the two ground sealing surfaces of the metal rings fit tightly and slide against each other, ensuring smooth operation while effectively sealing out external dust, water, mud, gravel, and sand to prevent the leakage of internal lubricating oil. Product types include DO, DF, and XY models.
Advantages of Floating Seals:
Reliable design, easy installation
Low cost, high efficiency
Extended lifespan
Automated Compensation Axis Eccentricity
Self-healing abrasive sealing surface
Effectively isolate external dust, water, and sand, while protecting internal lubricating oil and grease.
