Bipolar MembraneLaboratory EquipmentPrimarily used for determining the basic parameters of material separation and purification, especially in bipolar membrane separation processes, through simulating industrial operating conditions. It confirms the actual performance achievable by bipolar membrane technology, providing technical support for the design of industrial bipolar membrane systems. This equipment is suitable for various specifications and models of electroosmotic membrane sheets, allowing for quick replacement and easy operation and maintenance. The basic application of the bipolar membrane electroosmotic device is to prepare corresponding acids (HX) and bases (MOH) from salt solutions (MX). The feed enters a three-chamber electroosmotic membrane stack, where, under the influence of a direct current field, salt anions pass through anion exchange membranes into the acid chamber, combining with hydrogen ions from the bipolar membrane to form acid (HX); while salt cations pass through cation exchange membranes into the base chamber, combining with hydroxide ions from the bipolar membrane to form base (MOH). According to experimental requirements, this equipment can be fitted with domestic or imported membranes for the preparation of organic acids, organic bases, inorganic acids, and inorganic bases. It can be applied in fields such as chemical industry, food and beverage, and environmental water treatment, particularly suitable for use in universities, research institutions, corporate R&D centers, and small-scale production.
Polarized membrane experimental equipment features:
Compact structural design, small in size, portable, and easy to install and use.
Operation is simple, and the equipment runs stably.
Small recirculating volume, excellent separation effect.
