Basic Principles:Hydrophobically treated hollow fiber membranes have numerous micropores on their surface. These micropores permit gas molecules to pass through while blocking water molecules. Under vacuum, gas sweeping, or absorbent liquid action, the dissolved gases in the outer liquid of the hollow fiber membranes continuously migrate inward through the micropores and are removed by the vacuum or sweeping gas/absorbent liquid, achieving the goal of removing dissolved gases from the liquid.
