Product Application
The waste gas purification and recovery unit can adsorb and recover waste gases containing alcohols, ketones, esters, and other organic solvents. It is particularly suitable for the treatment of waste gases with high volume and low concentration. Therefore, it can be applied in industries such as chemicals, light industry, machinery, printing and packaging, coating, rubber, electromechanical, ships, automobiles, and oil.
Operating Principle
Absorption process:After passing through an air filter to remove fine suspended particles, the exhaust gas enters the top of the adsorption tank, where it is purified through adsorption by activated carbon inside the tank, removing harmful components. The purified gas, meeting emission standards, is then blown outdoors by a fan.
Desorption regeneration process:After a period of use, activated carbon adsorbs a certain amount of solvent.(The duration of use depends on the content of the excluded gas and the production time.)Removable and regenerable. During regeneration, steam is injected from the bottom of the tower to evaporate the solvent adsorbed in the activated carbon. The vapor is then condensed into a liquid in the condenser and enters the separator to separate and recover the organic solvent. The remaining liquid is transferred to the aeration chamber, aerated, and then discharged.
