Precious metal catalysts
The oxidation treatment technology heats off-gases to 280°C for catalytic combustion, oxidizing and decomposing VOCs in the off-gases into CO2 and H2O. The red original VOCs catalytic combustion catalyst uses cordierite honeycomb ceramic as the first carrier, Al2O3 as the carrier, and noble metals like Pd, Pt as the main active components. Made through a special process, it employs a uniform distribution and high dispersion rate method, and is a new type of catalyst for organic exhaust gas purification.

Precious Metal Catalyst Types
● Pd-type catalyst, supported by cordierite ceramic honeycomb, with palladium as the main active metal, CeO2 as a promoter, and prepared using composite metal oxide coating materials and segmented coating technology.
● High-temperature catalyst supported by cordierite ceramic honeycomb, with noble metals Pd, Pt, and Rh as the main active components. It is prepared by using high-performance and high-heat-resistant OSC material (CeO2-ZrO2-La2O3) as a catalyst promoter and a composite metal oxide coating material, along with segmented coating technology.
Precious Metal Catalyst Applications
①Excellent catalytic effect: Appropriate active components ensure effective catalysis of VOCs.
② Low ignition temperature, high removal efficiency (>95%)
③ Long service life: Surface active components are evenly dispersed with strong adhesion.
④Low running resistance and energy consumption
⑤ High-temperature resistance, anti-oxidation, corrosion resistance
