Structural Description

Robust leak-proof frame structure. Utilizes a double-layered U-shaped aluminum alloy outer frame. The bag is expanded by a support grille locked within the U-shaped frame, which, together with adjacent grilles, securely clamps the bag mouth. It is then locked with a knot to prevent the filter bag from detaching and damaging during handling and use. All metal edges of the filter are rolled inward to avoid injury during installation and replacement, making the operation easy.

Lofty synthetic fiber filter media. The filter media is made of imported synthetic fiber, processed through a special technique to form a dense structure with multiple layers of non-woven fabric. This design allows the filter to achieve high dust capacity with low resistance. Additionally, the needle-punched layer and microfiber layer within the filter media ensure excellent filtration efficiency and ultrasonic seamless bonding.

Ultrasonic缝合technology ensures three sides of the bag are tightly sealed, allowing the filter to withstand harsh working conditions without damage. The filter bag features reinforced grating, dividing the bag into even transverse airflow channels, enabling the bag to expand to a certain extent. This allows for uniform airflow passage, significantly increasing the effective area of the filter material, expanding the dust-holding capacity of the filter, and reducing the filter's pressure.
