Underfloor heating cleaning refers to the process of removing sludge and dirt from within the underfloor heating system using special equipment and agents.
Underfloor Heating CleaningThere are roughly three methods: pump cleaning, pulsing, and ballasting.
Pump cleaning involves adding cleaning agents to a pump-equipped cleaning machine, continuously circulating and heating the equipment or system to thoroughly dissolve and loosen sludge and dirt, which is then flushed out.
Pulse cleaning refers to the process of injecting high-pressure air into the underfloor heating system using an air compressor, while also adding clean water as the medium for flushing the system. Since the injection of mixed high-pressure water is intermittent, it is named as such.
Shotball cleaning involves injecting high pressure through an air compressor into the underfloor heating system, while inserting cotton balls with a diameter similar to the pipes. The cotton balls are then pushed through the pipes under high pressure, circulating once before emerging.
