The hydraulic control system employs an integrated plug-in valve system, ensuring reliable operation, long service life, minimal hydraulic shock, and reduced connection pipeline and leakage points. An independent electrical control system offers reliable performance, intuitive operation, and easy maintenance. Button-based centralized control is used, featuring adjustment (single stroke) and single (semi-automatic) operation modes. It can achieve two molding processes: fixed stroke and fixed pressure, and also has functions like pressure-holding delay. Working pressure and stroke can be adjusted within the specified range according to process requirements.
