The Duwan Environmental Protection Submerged Propeller is a complete set, including the installation system and lifting device. The installation system should consist of square steel guide rods and top and bottom supports, allowing for free adjustment of the propeller's lifting and lowering, and the propeller can be disassembled and installed without emptying the pool. The propeller is mounted on a bracket that slides on the guide rod as a whole, which must be able to bear the entire weight and all the thrust of the propeller. The lifting device should be portable, and the hoisting frame's fixed device should not be installed on the pool wall or poolside work platform, but on the top support of the installation system, and should include a hoisting hook, lifting chain, and pulley. Each propeller is equipped with a hoisting frame.

All lifting arms should be equipped with installation brackets and lifting devices. AISI 304 stainless steel material. The lifting chain should be made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The bolts, nuts, washers, rotating handle, and foundation bolts should also be supplied as a set. Foundation bolts must be installed using chemical bolts to ensure a secure and durable mounting of the flow controller system; expansion bolts are not permitted.

Submersible flow propellers are capable of withstanding the corrosive environment of municipal wastewater. They must be able to propel wastewater or sludge, ensuring bottom velocity in the pool (from the bottom...). Flow rate should not be less than 0.3 m/s (with 300mm as the standard). The pump should operate continuously under full immersion conditions. It should also be capable of adapting to continuous operation, intermittent operation (with a start-up frequency of up to 20 times per hour), and resuming operation after a long-term shutdown.
Low-speedThe pump must operate smoothly without vibration. All rotating parts (including the motor) should undergo dynamic and static balance tests during manufacturing. The pump should be cost-effective for maintenance, highly reliable, and have a long period of trouble-free operation.
