Duwan Environmental ProtectionG35-1 Type Screw PumpThe core part features an external thread."The rotor and the internal threaded stator, when the rotor is inserted into the stator, an independent and continuous sealed space known as the 'sealing cavity' forms within the gap. As the rotor rotates within the stator, it generates a powerful suction to intake high-viscosity fluids, continuously creating new sealing cavities to move the fluid towards the discharge side. The fluid inside the intake sealing cavity is continuously transported forward within the sealed space."
The cross-sectional area of the sealed cavity is independent of the position of the rotor, remaining constant at any instant. The discharge amount also remains fixed, thus the discharge rate per unit time is proportional to the rotor's rotational speed. Additionally, simply reversing the direction of the rotor's rotation can change the direction of intake and discharge.
