The Du'an Environmental Protection QJB0.85/8-260/3-740S Submersible Agitator rotates smoothly with no jamming, stalling, or vibration.

The submersible mixer is equipped with a double mechanical seal structure and lip seal arrangement, ensuring reliable operation for 15,000 hours without the need for replacement of the mechanical seal.

The submersible mixer's lead cable is made of YZW type rubber sheathed cable as specified in GB5013.2 or equivalent cables, with a standard configuration length of 10 meters per unit. The cable sealing head is treated with special sulfurization to prevent cable jacket damage and water leakage into the motor.

The submersible mixer is coated with anti-corrosion paint, maintaining a glossy surface free of stains, scratches, or cracks.

The submersible mixer is equipped with a sealed leakage protection device in the oil chamber.

The two-color wires (yellow/green) in the submersible mixer's cable are designated as the grounding wire, ensuring a reliable connection. The grounding symbol is clearly visible and is not easily worn off during the usage period.

Propellers and rotors of the submersible mixers are tested with dynamic balancing, achieving a balance accuracy of G6.3.

Submersible mixer stator winding is equipped with a humidity sensor to prevent the motor winding from being damaged by moisture.

The submersible mixer has an average runtime of not less than 10,000 hours before the first failure under specified conditions, and the overall service life is not less than 20 years.

3. Structural Design Requirements:

3.1. Main Unit

Submersible mixers feature a direct-connected stamping structure, utilize multi-stage motors, and have blades that are stamped into shape for high precision and efficiency. They are compact in design, with a small volume and light weight, making them easy to operate and maintain with a long service life. The housing is made entirely of 304 stainless steel, offering an aesthetically pleasing and smooth appearance.

The潜水propellers utilize a cycloidal pinwheel reduction structure, featuring compact design, small size, and light weight. The impeller is optimized through CFD software, delivering excellent hydraulic performance.

3.2. Junction Box

The junction box is completely sealed and isolated from surrounding liquids and motor components.

Cooling: The motor stator is cooled by the surrounding liquid.

3.3. Blade

Submersible mixer impeller features an anti-torsion curve design to prevent clogging and slag formation.

The propeller blades for the diving propeller are two-bladed rubber shape, with a steel hub, effectively preventing blade breakage. The blade leading edge is bent backward, featuring a long-term automatic cleaning function. They are securely fastened onto the shaft with lock nuts, making them easy to detach and replace during lifting and maintenance.

3.4. Electric Motor

The insulation grade of the motor winding is H class. Under normal conditions, the motor temperature does not exceed 80°C.

3.5. Oil Chamber

Lubricates and cools the sealed assembly, bearing housing, and gears between the motor and liquid. The oil chamber serves as a shock absorber and noise reducer. A bladder device can be installed if necessary to reduce and lower the pressure increase within the oil chamber.

3.6 Ball Bearings

The bearing lifespan of the submersible mixer exceeds 100,000 hours.

Considering the adverse factors during bearing operation, the selected bearing lifespan will be higher than the aforementioned value. Our company uses SKF imported bearings.

3.7 Axial Seal

The Submersible mixer is composed of two mechanical seals and one lip seal. Seal material: Tungsten Carbide.

Each DuAn Environmental Protection QJB0.75/8-260/3-740S submersible mixer is equipped with a control and protection signal line, controlled and protected by a control cabinet, featuring overload, phase loss, short circuit, leakage, over-temperature protection functions, and corresponding signal indications to ensure reliable operation of the unit and is equipped with a PLC interface.

(1) The lifting of the Jiangsu Du'an QJB type submersible mixers is carried out by the installation system, and each submersible mixer should be equipped with a set of installation system. This includes: guide rod, support frame, arm-type lifting frame, and hand-cranked hoisting device.

(2) The installation system guide rod can rotate around the axis of the guide rod in the horizontal direction, with a maximum rotation angle of ±60°.

(3) A support bracket must be added in the center of the guide rod when H > 4m.

(4) The support and lower support brackets are secured to the pool wall and bottom with expansion bolts.
