Duwan Environmental LB-05 Leak Protection DeviceOverview:
Submersible Pump Leak Protection Relay, also known as a mini comprehensive protector, is specifically designed to detect the resistance of water sensitivity and motor temperature signals within the submersible pump. The sensor employs electrode sensors. When a leak occurs inside the pump body or when the temperature is abnormal, the control relay will emit the corresponding control signal to enable staff to address the pump leak. The controller incorporates a series of anti-interference measures in the circuit design, allowing it to reliably operate in environments with severe electromagnetic interference.
Function:
Relays are used to detect the resistance and temperature signal (PTC or temperature switch) of the water sensitivity inside the submersible pump. The relay operates when the resistance of the water sensitivity inside the submersible pump is detected to be below the given value. After power-off inspection, fault exclusion, and re-powering, the relay resumes operation. An alarm is triggered and the relay operates when the temperature signal is an open circuit or the resistance is very high.
Under normal conditions, the fault signal output is a normally closed signal (note: the standard configuration is normally closed; normally open signals require customization). When the power is disconnected or an input signal fault occurs, the normally closed signal becomes a normally open signal.
Alarm types can be displayed separately, and faults can be manually reset.
Water-sensitive resistance is set according to standard specifications; for special requirements, please contact in advance.
LB-05The type controller features 8 terminals, with the following descriptions for each terminal:
Controller Power Supply:
1: Power L; 2: Power N.
Pump housing leakage signal input:
3: Leak Signal Input; 4: Signal Common Terminal.
5 NC: Unused.
Leakage Fault Output --- Relay Signal Output
6: Common Open; 7: Normally Open; 8: Normally Closed.
Leakage: (Normal signal when not connected to the signal)
When a leakage fault occurs: Terminal 6 and 8 disconnected; Terminal 6 and 7 connected.
When the leak is faultless: terminals 6 and 8 are connected; terminals 6 and 7 are disconnected.
3. Application Diagram of the Controller
Jiangsu Du'an Environmental Protection LB-05 type leakage overheat protector, which detects and outputs faults for oil chamber leakage, motor cavity leakage, junction box leakage, and winding overheating; features three sets of leakage signal inputs with hysteresis characteristics.

Signal Input
COM and R1 are the input ends for oil chamber leakage.
COM and R2 are the input terminals for motor cavity leakage.
The COM and R3 are the input terminals for the junction box leakage.
COM and K1 are the input terminals for motor winding overheating.
Fault Output
J1 is a fault output, disconnected when no fault, closed when fault occurs, a switch quantity.
J2 is a fault output, closed when there is no fault, and open when there is a fault, a switch quantity.
