(1) General Requirements
Each recirculating pump should be capable of continuous operation, intermittent operation, and recovery to operation after a long-term shutdown under full immersion conditions.
b. The pump should be able to withstand reversal caused by backflow without causing any harm to the pump.
c. The pump unit, within the designed scope of supply, should be vibration-free, free of cavitation, and operate smoothly. The pump's rotor components should undergo dynamic and static balance tests.
d. The pump housing must have sufficient thickness to bear all loads, including static water pressure test pressure and continuous working pressure.
e. The impeller and pump shaft are keyed and fixed at the shaft end, with sealing applied. Locking devices must be used on both the impeller and shaft to prevent loosening, whether rotating clockwise or occasionally reversing.
f. The impeller should undergo dynamic and static balance tests.
g. The shaft of the pump and motor should be a continuous, unbroken shaft, with the pump shaft being an extension of the motor shaft. Couplings are not acceptable.
h. The upper bearing should be a single-row ball bearing. The lower bearing should be a double-row radial thrust ball bearing, used to bear radial and thrust forces. The minimum working life of the bearing is 100,000 hours.
The lower bearing should be equipped with a thermosensitive detector to monitor the bearing temperature. This detector must be in direct contact with the thrust bearing housing. If the temperature rises, the detector will sound an alarm and stop the pump.
Each pump should be equipped with a double independent mechanical seal system, with the lower seal separated from the impeller hub. The mechanical seal must operate within an oil cavity that can lubricate the overlapping seal surfaces at a stable flow rate. The mechanical seal should operate normally in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions without damaging or losing any seal components, and without requiring maintenance or adjustment.
k. The mixed liquid recirculation pump is composed mainly of a impeller, submersible motor, self-coupling system, discharge non-return valve and short pipe, guide rod, and lifting device, etc. Its design should ensure the pump's convenient and reliable operation. The pump is mounted on the guide rod for easy placement. The self-coupling system ensures a quick, convenient, and reliable connection to the pool wall water pipes.
The impeller of the mixed liquid recirculation pump is a self-cleaning spiral propeller blade type. Its structure should ensure maximum utilization rate, with no blockage or slagging. The blade angle should be selected at a normal value according to the operating conditions.
All mixed fluid recirculation pumps are equipped with imported NSK bearings.
Export Check Valve (including outlet short pipe)
The door-hitting valve body sealing surface should have an approximate 10° inclination, using rubber soft sealing to prevent water leakage, and connected to the short pipe flange of the mixed liquid reflux pump outlet via a flange.
b. The gate valve features a double-hinged structure; there should be no casting defects on the valve body or plate. Surface is coated with anti-corrosion paint.
c. The resistance of the export flap does not affect the normal start-up and operation of the mixing liquid recirculation pump, and it is required that the flap be leak-proof under the given reverse water head pressure.
(2) Electric Motor
The motor is an induction squirrel-cage motor.
The motor is designed specifically for submersible pumps and can continuously pump media at a temperature of 40°C. To monitor the temperature of each phase winding, a thermal switch should be installed in the stator winding coils. The thermal switch should be connected to the external motor overload protection and connected to the control cabinet.
The motor allows a voltage fluctuation of 10%, is designed to operate at 40°C, and the average temperature rise of the stator windings does not exceed 85°C. A performance chart showing torque, current, power factor, input/output power, and efficiency should be provided. This chart should also include data for starting and zero-load characteristics.
Please provide the signal specifications for each protective sensor of the motor, ensuring the signals can be transmitted to the MCC.
The motor's stator winding must be fitted with an over-temperature sensor.
Install leak detection sensors to prevent liquid from entering the stator windings.
The water detection device should be installed in the motor's cable junction box.
Cable Entry Seal
The cable entry seal design should be able to eliminate certain torque to form a waterproof submersion seal. Measures should be taken in the cable joint section to prevent air exchange between the internal and external air of the cable due to temperature differences. The cable entry seal should ensure ease of cable replacement and should not be sealed with epoxy, silicone, or other secondary sealing systems.
Cable joint sections should implement measures to prevent air exchange between the cable's inner and outer layers due to temperature differences.
Cables should be securely protected and fastened to prevent damage from water flow impact.

Five-core wire: The three-core thick wire is the three-phase power line, one core wire in yellow/green dual color is the ground wire, and one core wire is the 31# wire (motor leakage signal line).
