Low-Nitrogen Condensing Boiler Structure

The boiler is composed of modular aluminum alloy body, base outer casing, combustion system, air filtration system, gas supply system, and electrical control system, etc.

The modular aluminum alloy body consists of an intermediate heat exchanger, a front heat exchanger, and a rear heat exchanger; each heat exchanger features a smoke collection box at the bottom, and the rear heat exchanger is equipped with a condensate drain and an exhaust outlet. The combustion system is installed above the front heat exchanger, with the combustion head extending into the furnace chamber formed by the modular heat exchangers. Depending on the boiler's thermal power, different models of heat exchangers are selected to assemble the modular body, and then matched with suitable combustion systems, gas supply systems, and air filtration systems to form various specifications of boilers.

Low Nitrogen Condensing Boiler Features

Energy-saving: The boiler body is made of special silicon cast aluminum material, utilizing an anti-flow heat exchange structure, which effectively achieves condensation of the boiler flue gas. Under ideal condensation conditions, the boiler's thermal efficiency can reach up to 108.9%. Compared to conventional gas boilers, it can save 10-20% of natural gas consumption.

Low Nitrogen Emission: Utilizing full premixed combustion technology from USA Honeywell and Germany Siemens, the boiler flue gas nitrogen oxide emission is below 30mg/m³, achieving low nitrogen emission technology.

Brand Component Configuration: Our cast aluminum boiler utilizes brand-name components, featuring a Germany EBM DC magnetic fan for the blower, Germany DUNS and USA Honeywell valve sets for the gas valves, and Honeywell burners controller, etc.
