The YKC type round block hole vertical graphite heat exchanger is a type of graphite heat exchanger with superior performance among current models. The cylindrical heat exchange blocks use standard unit blocks, offering high structural strength. In the structure, polytetrafluoroethylene O-rings are used for sealing the medium, and pressure springs are added as an automatic compensation mechanism for thermal expansion and contraction. Short channels are employed, and a redistribution chamber is added to enhance turbulent effects, resulting in this heat exchanger featuring high structural strength, strong temperature and pressure resistance, good shock resistance, high heat transfer efficiency, long service life, and ease of maintenance.

Equipment Advantages
In addition to the benefits of the YKA series, the following features are also present:
1) Graphite heat exchange blocks feature no central hole, with water holes running directly from one side to the other, and material holes are evenly distributed across the heat exchange block, enhancing material utilization.
2) Graphite blocks have only one sealed surface around the outer circumference, whereas the YKA series features two sealed surfaces (inner and outer), which are more prone to seal failure. This greatly facilitates processing and maintenance.
3) Equipment with the same heat exchange area is smaller in volume than YKA, offering a more compact design.
4) Capable of manufacturing larger-sized equipment.
