Structure and Features:
GH Floating Head Tubular Graphite Heat Exchangers are divided into Type I and Type II. Type I does not include a gas-liquid separator, while Type II is equipped with one. For use as a condenser, Type II should be selected.
The GH floating head shell-and-tube graphite heat exchanger is typically assembled from extruded graphite tubes with an outer diameter of Ф23/Ф22mm, and can also be produced with a shell-and-tube design using Ф50/Ф36mm graphite tubes. The seal between the floating tube plate and the steel cylinder is usually achieved with gland packing, but can also be done with an O-ring seal.
Simple, compact structure with low fluid resistance, capable of manufacturing large equipment; however, it has lower pressure and temperature resistance compared to block hole design. Suitable for environments with minimal impact and vibration, particularly for cooling and condenser applications. After special processing, it can also be used as general heating equipment.

Anhui Shengshi Datang Group's graphite offers most process equipment that is generally assembled at the factory and only requires pre-designed connections upon arrival at the site. However, there are still many equipment units, such as large-scale graphite towers and quenching towers, dilution coolers, recovery units, and other process systems, which may need to be assembled and connected on-site. The complexity varies for each specific project, with larger, more complex projects involving coordination between different contractors.
If requested by the customer or deemed necessary, Anhui Zhongtang Graphite offers on-site services. Our technical staff and engineering experts can oversee, guide, and manage the hoisting, assembly, installation, maintenance, cleaning, testing, and startup of complex process equipment on-site. Their role is to ensure the correct, timely, budget-friendly, and safe completion of assembly, maintenance, or cleaning tasks.
Our on-site services typically include: supervision of assembly, installation, maintenance, cleaning, testing, and startup; coordination with management and other staff; technical support and advice; knowledge transfer to the business team; completion and issuance of installation operation reports, certificates, and declarations.
In summary, our on-site services effectively control and supervise all aspects of equipment installation, assembly, and startup, significantly reducing technical risks, preventing construction errors, and ensuring the safe and normal operation of the equipment from the very beginning.
