Non-leakage magnetic pump (abbreviated as: magnetic pump) is a new type of pump that applies modern magnetic mechanics principles and utilizes the magnetic force of permanent magnets for contactless torque transmission. This means that when the motor drives the outer rotor (i.e., the outer magnetic steel) assembly to rotate, the magnetic field causes the magnetic lines to pass through the isolation sleeve, thereby driving the inner rotor (i.e., the inner magnetic steel) assembly and impeller to rotate synchronously. Since the medium is enclosed within the stationary isolation sleeve, it achieves the goal of leak-free conveying of the medium, solving the shaft seal leakage issue of mechanical transmission pumps, and is designed as a fully sealed, leak-free, non-polluting, energy-saving industrial pump. Its performance meets international standards and can replace expensive imported chemical pumps. Product advantages:

2. The pump body, impeller, and cover are designed with CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) for modular hydraulic component design and precision casting. 4. The shaft sleeve and sliding bearings are made of high-wear materials such as silicon carbide, graphite, and PTFE, and are equipped with lubrication grooves, effectively ensuring the pump's service life.
5. Leak-proof design; all sealing points are equipped with closed-type static seals, powered by a magnetic coupling, and do not require nitrogen sealing. It is safe, economical, and solves medium leakage issues.
6. The pump's axial force self-balancing structure utilizes hydromechanical principles to automatically balance the axial force through fluid pressure difference. The thrust disc of the rolling bearing only withstands unbalanced axial force during the startup and shutdown of the Wanflu Long pump, resulting in nearly zero axial force at the operating condition point, significantly enhancing the overall stability of the machine's operation.
7. Direct pull-back design, no pipe disassembly required, easy for maintenance.
