Product Overview:
TTZE chemical process pump, designed and manufactured according to API 610 and VDMA 24297 specifications. The TTZE pump housing is foot-mounted. Single suction radial impeller, axial intake, radial discharge.
According to usage conditions, hydraulic balance is achieved using front and rear sockets and a balancing hole. The stuffing box features cooling or heating pipe fittings. The shaft seal is sealed with packing and can also be a single or double mechanical seal. It comes with a cooling, flushing, or sealing fluid system.
Product Advantages:
The TTZE type chemical process pump is designed according to standard piping in compliance with API specifications. The impeller is available in three types: closed, semi-open, and open. It can transport clean, granular, and medium containing a small amount of gas. It is also capable of conveying high-temperature, low-temperature, and strongly corrosive media. The impeller is equipped with balancing holes and corrosion-resistant rings to counterbalance the axial force.
The pump body and bearing housing are connected by an intermediate connecting section. Depending on different operating conditions, the intermediate connecting section can be made of different materials to prevent severe corrosion of the bearing housing and bearings when transporting highly corrosive media. Additionally, the intermediate connecting section features a water-cooled cavity, which circulates cooling water to prevent high-temperature media from transferring high temperatures to the bearings.
Sealing types include packing, single/dual mechanical face seals, and modular single mechanical face seals. Based on different situations and users' requirements for cooling and flushing, seals can be selected from the API 682 design specification.
The bearing housing design features three cooling methods: air-cooled fins, fan-cooled, and water-cooled chamber, allowing users to choose according to their operating conditions. The bearing is lubricated with a thin oil spray from the oil reservoir. The oil in the reservoir is cooled by the water in the water-cooled chamber, and the heat within the bearing is carried away by the cold water to ensure the bearing is always in normal working condition.
