Polyurethane composite panels are A-grade fire-resistant and extremely robust. Baosin's new fire-resistant rock wool/glass wool sandwich panels are made with two layers of high-quality color-coated steel plates or other precision-formed metal sheets as the facings. After rolling molding, the rock wool/glass wool strips are flipped 90 degrees (aligning the fibers perpendicular to the two steel plates). Using a high-strength, high-adhesive, and fire-resistant adhesive, the rock wool/glass wool is strongly bonded to the metal panels, forming attractive, flat, and rigid building panels. The formed panels boast excellent fire resistance, thermal insulation, and environmental protection features, providing an ideal choice for industrial building envelope systems.
