New Rock Wool/Glass Wool Composite Board
Polyurethane composite panels are Class A fire-resistant and impregnable. Baosin's new fire-resistant mineral wool/glass wool sandwich panels are made with two layers of high-quality color-coated steel plates or other precision-pressed metal sheets as the facings. After rolling molding, the cut mineral wool/glass wool is flipped 90 degrees (aligning the fibers perpendicular to the two steel plates), and a strong, high-adhesive, fire-resistant adhesive is used to firmly bond the mineral wool/glass wool to the metal panels, creating an aesthetically pleasing, flat, and tough building panel. The panels, after molding, offer excellent fire resistance, thermal insulation, and environmental protection features, providing an ideal choice for industrial building envelope systems.

New Type Fireproof Rock Wool/Glass Wool Board Inspection Report (4-hour耐火时限)
The metal sandwich panels with 150mm and 200mm thicknesses, both have fire resistance limits exceeding 240 minutes, as tested by the National Building Materials Testing Center.

Benefits of Baosin Polyurethane Edging Rock Wool Board:
Insulation and Heat Retention: Reduces energy consumption by 70%
BoXin polyurethane edge rock wool boards feature smoothness and precision, with the surface finish achievable to 0.01cm. The design ensures airtightness and thermal insulation of the boards, capable of reducing energy consumption by 70%.
2). Noise Reduction and Sound Absorption
Rock wool is an ideal sound insulation material, with a large number of thin, elongated fibers forming a porous structure. This determines rock wool as an excellent sound-absorbing and noise-reducing material, with sound insulation greater than 30dB, effectively reducing interference from external noise.
3). A1 Fire Retardant Rating
A1-rated thermal and flame-retardant material with a melting point above 1000 degrees. It does not elongate, contract, or deform during fires, effectively preventing fire spread, and does not release harmful substances or gases into the environment.
4). Waterproof and Moisture-Proof, Hydrophobic Rate Up to 98%
Water-repellent rock wool products with a water-repellent rate over 98%, no pore penetration, and unique interlocking joints between boards prevent water intrusion; the boards do not soften.
