New Rock Wool/Glass Wool Composite Panel
Polyurethane composite panels are A-grade fire-resistant and extremely robust. Baosin's new fire-resistant mineral wool/glass wool sandwich panels are made with two layers of high-quality color-coated steel sheets or other precision-formed metal sheets as the facings. After rolling forming, the mineral wool/glass wool strips are flipped 90 degrees (orienting the fibers perpendicular to the two steel sheets). Using a highly strength, high-adhesive, and fire-resistant adhesive, the mineral wool/glass wool is strongly bonded to the metal facings, forming an aesthetically pleasing, flat, and rigid building panel. The formed panels offer excellent fire resistance, thermal insulation, and environmental protection features, providing an ideal choice for industrial building cladding systems.

New Type Fireproof Rock Wool/Glass Wool Board Inspection Report (4-hour耐火时限)
The metal sandwich panels with thicknesses of 150mm and 200mm have all passed the authoritative testing by the National Building Materials Testing Center, with their fire resistance limits exceeding 240 minutes.

Benefits of Baosin Polyurethane Laminated Rock Wool Boards:
1). Thermal Insulation & Heat Retention - Reduces Energy Consumption by 70%
Baoxin polyurethane edge sealing rock wool board features smoothness and precision, with the surface finish capable of being controlled to 0.01cm. Its design ensures airtightness and thermal insulation, reducing energy consumption by 70%.
2). Noise Reduction and Sound Absorption
Rock wool is an ideal soundproofing material, with its large number of fine, long fibers forming a porous structure that determines its exceptional sound absorption and noise reduction capabilities. It offers sound insulation greater than 30dB, effectively reducing external noise interference.
3). A1 fire retardant rating
A1-rated thermal insulation and flame-retardant material with a melting point above 1000 degrees. It will not elongate, contract, or deform during a fire, effectively blocking the spread of fire and not releasing harmful substances or gases into the environment.
Waterproof and Moisture-Proof; Hydrophobic Rate up to 98%
Water-repellent rock wool products with a water-repellency rate exceeding 98%, non-porous, and featuring unique interlocking joints between boards, prevent water intrusion; the boards do not soften.
