Roof Decking Product Introduction
Baoxin floor deck serves as a formwork during construction, bearing the construction loads and the weight of concrete. In use, it acts as the bottom reinforcement. After the concrete reaches its strength, a composite effect is produced.

Robust concrete shear bond: The special closed rib design offers excellent longitudinal shear performance. Under its allowable design load, the closed deck slab has never experienced any slippage between the steel deck and concrete.
· Fire-resistant performance: The ribbed boards are fully encased in concrete, similar to the rebar within cast-in-place concrete slabs. Closed rib floor decks can completely replace the tensile reinforcement of the floor slab under positive bending moments, and achieve a fire resistance of 1.5 hours without the need for fire-resistant coatings.
· Composite floor section: Closed composite floors offer greater effective floor height, providing enhanced resistance to positive bending moments during the usage phase.
· Ceiling and suspended ceiling track system: Suitable for installation of ceilings, suspended ceilings, electrical and water pipes, etc., without the need for drilling or welding. It can be moved, removed, or reinstalled as needed during the building's use.

Construction Steps
Size re-inspection and line marking
1. Axial Dimensions: Recheck the steel beam installation axial dimensions to ensure they match the corrugated steel plate layout drawing.
2. Beam Top Surface Treatment: Ensure that all lifting rings on the steel beam top have been cut off and smoothed, and the rust, oil stains, and debris on the beam top surface should be thoroughly cleaned.
3. Location Lines: According to the roof deck layout, locate the starting line and middle control line on the beam top surface for the corrugated steel sheet. The starting line should indicate the laying direction and the hoisting bundle number of the steel sheet. The middle control line can also serve as the starting line for section-wise laying.
Part II: Hoisting and Laying
1. Baosin-Deformed Steel Sheet should be installed according to the approved layout plan. When bundled deformed steel sheets are stacked on structural elements, attention should be given to the design support strength of the structural members to avoid exceeding their allowable load.
2. Baosin - Steel deck sheets should be bundled and stacked, spanning multiple steel beams. When a single span is placed between two beams, attention should be given to the width of the ends' supports to prevent tipping and potential falling accidents.
3. After the Baosin steel deck is hoisted into place, start from the already popped-out starting line of the steel beam and sequentially position each panel along the laying direction. Once past the control line, adjust the panel seams as necessary.
4. Construction should be halted during strong winds. Any unfastened corrugated steel sheets should be immediately re-tied. Otherwise, the sheets may be blown away by strong winds, leading to safety accidents or damage to the corrugated steel sheets.
III. Fixed
1. Baosin Corrugated Steel Sheets should be immediately fixed to the structural members with electric welding after positioning.
2. Any corrugated steel sheet that has been laid but not secured may be blown away or slipped off, causing an accident.
