Floor Decking Product Introduction
Baoxin Floor Decking serves as a formwork during the construction phase, bearing the construction loads and the weight of concrete. In use, it acts as the bottom reinforcement. After the concrete achieves its strength, a composite effect is produced.

Robust concrete grip shear resistance: The special closed rib design offers excellent longitudinal shear performance. Under its allowable design load, the closed deck slab has never shown any slippage between the steel and concrete.
· Fire-resistant property: The ribbed panels are completely enclosed in concrete, similar to the reinforcing steel in cast-in-place concrete slabs. Closed-web deck panels can completely replace the tensile reinforcing steel in the positive bending moment of the floor slab, achieving a fire resistance of 1.5 hours without the need for fire-resistant coatings.
· Composite floor section: Closed composite floors have a greater effective height of the floor, offering enhanced resistance to positive bending moments during the usage phase.

Cautionary Notes:
Once the concrete above the closed deck has been poured and the concrete has reached 75% of its designed strength, the slot-type suspension system may be installed and utilized for its hanging function. Ceiling suspension, electrical and water supply, air conditioning pipeline, and equipment hanging facilities are available.

Construction Steps
Size re-inspection and marking lines
Axis Size: Recheck the axis size of the steel beam installation to ensure it matches the layout drawing of the corrugated steel plate.
2. Beam Top Surface Treatment: Ensure that all lifting loops on the steel beam top are cut off and smoothed, and the rust, oil stains, and debris on the beam top surface should be cleaned thoroughly.
3. Location Lines: Mark the starting lines and middle control lines for the ribbed steel plates on the beam top surface according to the layout diagram of the floor deck. The starting lines should indicate the laying direction and the lifting and lashing number of the steel plates. The middle control line can also serve as the starting line for section-by-section laying.
Two: Hoisting and Laying
1. Baosin Decking should be installed according to the approved layout drawing. When bundled corrugated steel plates are stacked on the structure, attention should be paid to the design support strength of the structural members to avoid exceeding their allowable load.
2. Baosin steel deck sheets should be bundled and stacked, spanning multiple steel beams. When a single span is placed between two beams, attention should be given to the width of the end supports to prevent tipping and potential falling accidents.
3. After the Baosin roof deck is hoisted into place, start from the deployed starting line on the steel beam, sequentially position each panel along the laying direction, and after reaching the control line, adjust the panel seams appropriately.
4. Stop construction when strong winds are blowing. Any unfolded corrugated steel sheets should be re-tied immediately. Otherwise, they may be blown away by the strong wind, leading to safety accidents or damage to the corrugated steel sheets.
III. Fixed
1. Baosin Corrugated Steel Sheets should be immediately fixed to the structural members by welding after positioning.
2. Any corrugated steel sheet that has been laid but not secured may be blown away or slipped off, causing accidents.
