Floor Decking Product Introduction
Baoxin floor deck serves as a formwork during construction, bearing the construction load and the weight of concrete. In use, it acts as the bottom reinforcement. After the concrete reaches its strength, a combined effect is produced.
Baosin - Closed Combination Deck Features:
Robust concrete grip shear resistance: The special closed-rib design offers excellent longitudinal shear performance. Under its allowable design load, the closed-web deck has never shown any slippage between the steel deck and concrete.
· Fireproof Performance: The ribbed boards are fully encased in concrete, similar to the reinforcing steel within cast-in-place concrete slabs. Closed rib deck can completely replace the tensile reinforcing steel for the positive bending moment in floor slabs, achieving a fire resistance of 1.5 hours without the need for fire-resistant coating.
· Composite floor section: Closed composite floors have a greater effective height of the floor, offering higher resistance to positive bending moments during use.
· Ceiling and suspended ceiling track system: Suitable for installation of ceilings, suspended ceilings, electrical and water pipes, etc., without the need for drilling or welding. It can be moved, removed, or reinstalled as needed during the building's use.

Flat bottom surface appearance: The floor bottom is smooth, offering a more aesthetically pleasing look for buildings where ceiling installation is not desired.

Low cost: The rebars at the bottom of the closed-web deck, which bear the positive bending moment, are replaced by closed-web steel sheet purlins, eliminating the need for fire-resistant coating, reducing the amount of rebars used, and lowering costs.

Cautionary Notes:
Once the concrete above the closed deck has been poured and the concrete has reached 75% of its designed strength, the slot-type suspended system may be installed and utilized for its hanging function. We can provide hanging facilities for ceiling tiles, electrical and water piping, air conditioning ducts, and equipment.

Construction Steps
Size re-inspection and marking with chalk lines
Axis Size: Recheck the axis size of the steel beam installation to ensure it matches the profiled steel plate layout.
2. Surface Treatment of Beam Top: Ensure that all lifting rings on the steel beam top have been cut off and smoothed, and the rust, oil stains, and debris on the beam top surface should be thoroughly cleaned.
3. Lining Lines: Based on the deck plate layout, mark the starting laying line and the middle control line on the top surface of the beam. The starting laying line should indicate the laying direction and the hoisting bundle number of the steel plate. The middle control line can also serve as the starting laying line for segmented laying.
Section 2: Hoisting and Laying
1. Baosin-Decking Panels should be installed according to the approved layout plan. When bundled corrugated steel sheets are stacked on structural elements, attention must be given to the design support strength of the structural members to avoid exceeding their allowable load.
2. Baosin - Steel deck panels should be bundled and stacked, spanning multiple steel beams. When a single span is placed between two beams, attention should be given to the width of the end supports to prevent tipping and potential drop accidents.
3. After the Baosin roof deck is hoisted into place, start from the popped-out starting line on the steel beam and sequentially position each panel along the laying direction. Once past the control line, adjust the panel joints accordingly.
4. Stop construction when strong winds are blowing. Any dismantled corrugated steel sheets should be re-tied immediately; otherwise, they may be blown away by the wind, leading to safety accidents or damage to the sheets.
III. Fixed
1. Baosin - The corrugated steel sheet should be immediately fixed to the structural members by means of electric welding after positioning.
2. Any corrugated steel sheets that have been laid but not secured may be lifted or slipped by strong winds, potentially causing accidents.
