Floor Decking Product Introduction
Baoxin steel deck serves as a formwork during construction, bearing both construction loads and the weight of concrete. In use, the steel deck acts as the bottom reinforcement. Once the concrete reaches its strength, a composite effect is generated.
Baosin - Closed Combination Deck Features:
· Robust concrete shearing grip: The special closed rib design offers excellent longitudinal shearing performance. Under its allowable design load, the closed deck slab has not shown any slippage between the steel deck and concrete.
· Fireproof Performance: The ribbed boards are fully encapsulated within the concrete, similar to the rebar within cast-in-place concrete slabs. Closed rib floor decks can completely replace the tensile reinforcement for the positive bending moment in floor slabs, achieving a 1.5-hour fire resistance rating without the need for fire-resistant coatings.
· Composite floor section: Closed composite floors have a greater effective floor height, providing enhanced resistance to positive bending moments during use.
· Ceiling and suspended ceiling hanging system: Suitable for installation of ceilings, suspended ceilings, water and electrical pipes, etc., without the need for drilling or welding. It can be moved, removed, or reinstalled as needed during the building's use.

Cautionary Notes:
Once concrete has been poured above the closed deck and has reached 75% of its design strength, the slot-type suspension system may be installed to function as a hanging system. Hanging facilities for ceiling, electrical and water supply lines, air conditioning ducts, and equipment are available.

Construction Steps
Dimension Re-inspection and Tension Line
Axle size: Recheck the steel beam installation axle size to ensure it matches the corrugated steel plate layout drawing.
2. Beam Top Surface Treatment: Ensure that all lifting rings on the steel beam top are cut off and smoothed, and the rust, oil stains, and debris on the beam top surface should be thoroughly cleaned.
3. Laying Lines: Based on the steel deck layout, mark the starting laying line and the central control line on the beam top surface. The starting laying line should indicate the laying direction and the lifting bundle number of the steel plate, and the central control line can also serve as the starting laying line for segmented laying.
2. Hoisting and Laying
1. Baoxin Composite Decking should be installed according to the approved layout drawing. When bundled corrugated steel sheets are stacked on structural elements, attention should be given to the design support strength of the structural members to avoid exceeding their allowable load.
2. Baosin Steel Decking should be bundled and stacked, spanning multiple steel beams. When placed between two beams, attention should be given to the width of the ends to prevent tipping and potential fall accidents.
3. After the Baosin roof deck is installed, start from the extended starting line on the steel beam, sequentially position each piece along the laying direction, and after reaching the control line, adjust the board seam appropriately.
4. Construction should be halted during strong winds. Any unfolded steel sheets should be immediately re-tied. Otherwise, the steel sheets may be blown away by the strong wind, leading to safety accidents or damage to the steel sheets.
III. Fixed
1. Baosin - Corrugated Steel Sheets should be immediately fixed to the structural members by welding after positioning.
2. Any corrugated steel sheets that have been laid but not secured may be blown away or slipped off by strong winds, causing accidents.
