What should be checked before the pre-tamping construction?
We all know that soil compaction is necessary during the construction of subgrades, and the assistance of machinery greatly facilitates the process. Hubei soil compaction is widely used across various locations and offers numerous methods for subgrade treatment. Our soil compaction primarily involves injecting a certain amount of cement into the ground, then mixing it with other foundational materials, which stabilizes the subgrade.
However, the technique for this heavy compaction method is quite advanced, and the equipment used also needs an upgrade; it's not easily operable by an average person. Before employing this method, we must first inspect the soil condition of the foundation. If the soil condition is poor, we then proceed with surface laying on the foundation, placing some gravel or construction waste. This is where the heavy compaction construction begins.
But during the dynamic compaction construction, the machine is also crucial. If there's any malfunction with the compactor, it can delay the project timeline. We still need to inspect the compactor, and if we find that the tracks are loose, check the tightness of the tracks daily, as they can become loose after prolonged use. Then, examine the wear on the guide wheels; if they're severely worn, replace them.
