■Overview
The MH-2 series vacuum pumps (hereinafter referred to as the pump) are high vacuum pumps, capable of achieving vacuum levels below 1.33 Pa, making them suitable for various high vacuum requirements.
The pump's mechanical motion system is manufactured using internationally imported technology. It employs the principle of rotary speed air pressure from the world's top motion technology, combined with Roche's law.Spray and splash lubrication combined with Newton's Law of Inertia, utilizing secondary dual cooling and lubrication. Operates at only half the power of the W series (reciprocating pumps) and X series (impeller pumps) with identical suction rates, featuring smooth and reliable performance, low noise, minimal power consumption, and extended lifespan.
The pump body and other main components are made of wear-resistant high-silicon sintered cast iron, and are finished with surface treatment and processed in a single clamping operation, featuring high precision, minimal wear, and low maintenance. This vacuum pump is widely used in industries such as dye chemistry, food additives, pigments, paints, and fine chemicals, and is a top choice in the domestic vacuum pump industry.

■Cautionary Notes
1. If the extracted gas contains a high amount of water vapor, a dryer can be installed before the intake, filled with phosphorus pentoxide, aluminum oxide, calcium chloride, or a cold trap with dry ice inside, to absorb or freeze the moisture in the gas.
2. If the extracted gas temperature is too high, consider adding a condenser or cooling tower before the intake to lower the gas temperature, bringing it closer to room temperature.
3. If the extracted gas contains corrosive substances or reacts excessively with oil, a gas absorption and neutralization unit should be installed before the intake port.
4. Regularly replace the vacuum pump oil; if the oil is contaminated or deteriorated, it should be changed promptly. Do not use sulfur-containing engine oil; initially, you may use domestic 1# vacuum pump oil. In winter, 46# mechanical oil can be used as a substitute.
5. Drain the cooling water when the room temperature is below 5℃ to prevent the pump from cracking due to freezing.
■Attachment Description
Our factory offers vacuum pump oil and water collector.(Interceptor) and external oil tank supply. The oil-water interceptor is installed on the air intake, collecting oil and water that can be directly returned to the oil tank. Water and debris are discharged through the drain port, while the oil can continue to be used, facilitating fuel savings. Additionally, this interceptor is a recommended product by the environmental protection department, featuring no pollution, no noise, and user self-selection.
Customers of outdoor oil tanks and accessories can design and manufacture them according to their own factory conditions.
